Jawatan Kosong DGB - Diversified Gateway Berhad (DGB), a subsidiary of Bursa Malaysia listed Formis Resources Berhad, is principally involved in the provision of computer networking solutions and system integration. DGB is able to provide a full range of telecommunications and data communications solutions in LAN, WAN, transmission, switching, OSS, data centre management, and other IT related services.
Amongst others, DGB’s services include the provision of solutions to securely converge data, voice, and video networks, provide intelligent network infrastructures, and deploy mobility solutions by utilising technologies such as VPN, VOIP, fibre optic networking, content delivery networks, wireless networking and security solutions. DGB is also able to implement and support telecommunication infrastructure networks, which utilises technologies such as SDH, DWDM and Optical Ethernet networks.
As a total solution provider in IT networking and telecommunication, DGB is capable of providing full-fledge engineering and consultancy services.
With staff strength of more than 70 people nationwide, DGB presently has an extensive network of service centres nationwide numbering 18 which covers almost all the major towns in east and west Malaysia. The service centres are able to provide more efficient support services to DGB clients as it is located closer to them in almost all the major towns in Malaysia.

Senior Network Engineer
Kuala Lumpur
Responsibilities:
- Provide 2nd and 3rd level technical support for networking related projects and operations
- Hands-on, in-depth experience in configuring, installing and troubleshooting networking products (Cisco, Juniper, 3Com and etc)
- Troubleshooting and resolving WAN, LAN, DNS, Caching and Network Security Issues, Wireless LAN
- Good working knowledge of networks - routers, L2 and L3 switches, gateways and networking servers
- Good troubleshooting skill in Router, Firewall & IDP/IPS
- Knowledge on implementing MPLS network protocol is an essential
- Experienced in supporting large-scale and complex WAN network, transmission and routing protocol. (EIGRP, OSPF, BGP, MPLS, VOIP, ATM, VPN, POS, SONET, Frame-Relay, QoS)
- Experienced in supporting TCP/IP LANs. (VLAN routing, VTP, Spanning Tree).
- Experienced in diagnosing network problems and maintaining network security.
- Good knowledge in encryption and Virtual Private Network (IKE, FWZ, DES, 3DES, PKI, etc) will be a plus.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years experience in complex networking infrastructure.
- Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Management Information Systems or equivalent experience.
- Formal IT qualification - Cisco Certified Network Associate, CCNA and CCNP is a MUST or any Certification of equivalent level.
- Candidate with written CCIE would be an added advantage
NETWORK SUPPORT TECHNICIANS / ENGINEERS

Responsibilities:
- To provide installation, commissioning and field support for Networking.
Requirements:
- Degree / Diploma in Electronic/Electrical/Computer Science.
- Minimum 1 year working experience in networking environment with good understanding of networking technology.
- Knowledge in window operating system would be an added advantage.
- Highly motivated and ability to work under pressure.
- Posses analytical mind and strong troubleshooting skills.
- Must possess own transportation (car/motor bike).
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Must have strong knowledge on Personal Computer.
- Candidates with experience in Telecommunication (PDH/SDH & DWDM) will be an added advantage.
