Kolej Islam Darul Ridzuan was embodied in 1999 by the Islamic Majlis and Indigenous Affairs Malay Perak.Pada September 1999, pensyarah busy as 11 people have been taken to initiate pioneering surgery DarulRidzuan embodiment Islamic College. On October 4, 1999, as busy as 47 people had been taken to the pioneering students attend three study programs namely the Islamic Sharia Diploma, Diploma in Arabic Language and Literature and a Diploma Usuluddin. In the first rank, Kolej Islam Darul Ridzuan been registered under escort Enakmen Islamic Schools 1996 under Title Perak Islamic Affairs. Darul Islam College campus while Ridzuan located in Jalan Dato 'Shaari, Off Jalan Raja downstream, 30350 Ipoh. The campus has been dirasmikan by Move Down Paduka Seri Sultan Perak DYMM on October 16, 1999. On 17 November 2000, the Silver State has graduated Invitation Enakmen Numbers 3, 2000, the Darul Islam College Enakmen Ridzuan makes Kolej Islam Darul Ridzuan berkanun as a body which is kept under the Empire State Perak Darul Ridzuan.
