Jawatan Kosong MAIAMP - With the establishment of theMajlis Agama Islam dan Adat Melayu Perak, Central administration of Islamic law and the Koran Committee Perak in Kuala Kangsar, was united under Islamic Religious and Malay Customs and transferred to Ipoh Perak. Meanwhile, the administration of the Islamic Center ‘existing administration was absorbed under the office of qadi Kuala Kangsar. Office official Islamic Religious and Malay Customs first Silver has been placed in the Office of the State Secretary.To further streamline the administration of the Islamic religion and Malay customs in the State, the law relating to it have been revised, amended and enacted several times. In 1965, a law called the Law Islamic Administration 1965 (Enactment No. 11 of 1965) was enacted to replace the 1952 law.
Then, on January 13, 1993, Administrative Law Religious 1965 was replaced by the Islamic Religious Administration Enactment 1992 (Enactment No. Of 1992). Under the bill enactment. 2 of 1992, the Council of Religious and Malay Customs was officially incorporated as a statutory body of the government. For the purpose of uniformity with other states across Malaysia, the Administration of the Religion 1992, eventually replaced by the Islamic Religious Administration Enactment (Silver) 2004 (Enactment No. 4 of 2004). Enactment of the Bill. 4 of 2004 was enacted on 15 September 2004 and still remains in force until now. Entities Islamic Council and Malay Customs is still retained as a government statutory body.
