Senior Executive, Revenue Protection

Responsibilities:
  • Responsible to make sure revenue collected through business counter and other project to be accounted on timely and properly according to the financial policy as per company’s credit policy and recorded in correct GL
  • Manage and plan quality and improvement and HMS initiative to improve staff productivity through various program and skill enhancement project
  • Responsible to make sure all international enquiries and claims to be processed on timely manner and to avoid any losses to the Company
  • Manage and provide administration function for PMIH KLIA
  • Manage and plan finance function for PMIH, KLIA. Responsible to manage PMIH’s annual budget i.e., Opex and Capex
  • Manage and plan procurement function for PMIH, KLIA. Monitor and ensure procurement process in accordance to SOP and approves based on Level of Authority (LOA)
  • Prepare monthly report of revenue and expenses for the management
  • Responsible to do regular inspection to business acceptance and special project to prevent any revenue leakages
  • Manage and review all contract related to PMIH , to improve and initiate negotiation for all the contracts upon expiry
  • Undertake and execute ad-hoc duty/ies as and when required e.g. special projects.
Requirements:
  • Preferably Degree in Accounting or other discipline giving relevant skills.
  • Ideally having a minimum of 5 years of relevant working experiences.
  • Self driven, highly motivated and excellent planning skills.
  • Knowledge in SAP is an added advantage
  • Ability to interact with all level of people.
  • Possess good communication, writing, interpersonal and leadership skills.
  • Computer literate with good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
