1. Setiausaha

Requirements:
  • Holds a Diploma in Office Management and Technology from Universiti Teknologi MARA (UiTM) or Diploma / Certificate in Secretaryship from a recognized higher education. Priority will be given to applicants who scored a CGPA of not less than 2.70
  • Pass Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia (SPM) or Certificate of Vocational Education (SPMV) with credits in Bahasa Melayu and English and at least a pass in Mathematics. Open to SPM certificate system, passing at least six (6) subjects with a credit in Bahasa Malaysia and English and pass in Mathematics.
  • Max 27 years old

2. Manager (Careline – Support)

Responsibilities:

The successful incumbents will:

Working to identify, develop and deliver change that will improve customer satisfaction, business efficiency and effectiveness in TNB contact centre:-
  • Management of multi skilled contact centre teams, supervisors and operation executives
  • Management of contact centre operation by monitoring all targets relating to performance, identifying and resolving problems, preparing and completing action plans, completing system audits and analyses
  • Continually looking to improve customers journey and the processes to support TNB contact centre
  • Utilisation of change management methodologies to support TNB transformational program for customer services at contact centre
  • Implementation of customer focused initiatives to achieve target KPIs in contact centre
  • Prepare contact centre performance report by collecting, analysing and summarising data and trends.
  • Accomplish human resources objectives by orienting, training, coaching, counselling and disciplining employees, administering scheduling systems, communicating job expectations, planning, monitoring, appraising, and reviewing job contributions, enforcing policies and procedures.
  • Monitor on engagement across all channels to improve quality, minimise errors and identifying competency gap.
  • Work closely with Human Resource Department to identify training needs, plan training sessions and staff development programs.
  • Work closely with ICT Division to maintain systems and equipment, developing maintenance programs, calling for repairs, evaluating and implementing upgrades or latest technologies to support the business process environment in the Contact Centre.
Requirements:

The prospective candidate should:
  • Possess a good degree in Marketing / Business Administration / Information Technology or any related field and certified by Malaysia Qualification Agency (MQA) / Jabatan Perkhidmatan Awam (JPA)
  • Have a minimum of 5 years current experience in managing contact centre (preferably inbound and social media environment with at least 400 staffs)
  • Have a track record of designing and implementing the customer experience strategy at 24x7 operation centre is an added advantage
  • Extremely people focused with an ability to manage relationship effectively
  • Familiar with all application systems used in contact centre (i.e. IP telephone system (AVAYA), Workforce Management System (WFO) and Quality Monitoring systems (QM)) including communication channel tools (ie – phone, fax, sms, email, webchat, facebook and other social media medium)
  • Have an experience at a strategic level both operating and approach to meeting targets and business plan, providing strategic direction and delivering against challenging targets within a complex contact centre environment
