Jawatan Kosong Syabas - Syarikat Bekalan Air Selangor Sdn Bhd or better known as SYABAS was incorporated on 8 July 1996 under the Malaysian Companies Act, 1965 to undertake the privatisation of water supply services in the State of Selangor and the Federal Territories of Kuala Lumpur and Putrajaya (‘the Privatisation‘). Executive Secretary

Responsibilities
Perform secretarial duties, handle and compile correspondences, operations and reports.
Prepare minutes of meeting, memo, presentation material and follow up for matter in progress.
Assist the Head of Department to monitor the department is complied with standard operations procedures.
Organized and maintain files, records and undertake special assignments, ad-hoc functions and perform general office administration duties.
Independently assist and ensure that all updated information is on hand and resolve all assigned tasks on timely and accurate basis.

Requirements
At least a Diploma or Professional Degree in Business Studies/ administration/Secretarial or equivalent.
At least 3 years of working experience in the related field.
Writing skills, Good PR, Good command English, Computer skills, has determination/motivation/positive thinking to progress in career.
Good team player and to work at fast pace and efficiently.
