Jawatan Kosong MDPTK - Majlis Daerah Padang Terap (MDPTK) or Padang Terap District Council was established as the result from the upgrading of the Local Council in the year 1939.The Padang Terap District Council is a local authority agency that is responsible to plan, control and encourage the development in the whole area of Padang Terap in line with the policy, objective, strategy and program of the Faderal Government, the State Government as well as the Council itself. The jurisdiction of the Padang Terap District Council includes most of the area in the district of Padang Terap which includes Kuala Nerang and a portion of Naka. The Administrative Area on the other hand covers the whole area in the district of Padang Terap.

Requirements:
(a) a citizen of Malaysia;
(b) not less than 18 years on the closing date of the position;
(c) (i) Lower Secondary Assessment / Certificate of Primary Education or equivalent qualification recognized by the government, and
(ii) successfully completed the prescribed course of training, and Public Health Assistant Certificate recognized by the government;
and (d) a pass in Bahasa Malaysia / Bahasa Melayu in the Lower Secondary Assessment / Certificate of Primary Education or equivalent qualification recognized by the Government
How to apply
1) All application forms can be downloaded from Portal MDPTK http://www.mdptk.gov.my
2) Application of serving Government Officers shall submit through the Head of Department in accordance with General Orders Chapter 'A' 21 and make sure most recent Annual Performance Report included.
a) 2 passport-sized photographs
b) Copy of Birth Certificate
c) Copy of Identity Card
d) Copy of Certificate Examination
e) Other relevant certificates
3) A copy of the above documents must be certified.
4) Completed application forms must be submitted in an envelope measuring 25 cm x 32 cm. In the top left corner of the envelope, the position applied for and enclose payment postal RM 2.00.
