Jawatan Kosong MAIS - Majlis Agama Islam Selangor -MAIS is a corporaMe entity (a body corporate) in accordance with Section 5 (1) of the Administration of the Religion of Islam (State of Selangor) 2003. On March 1, 2005, Administrative Management Division Endowment Fund (JMB) has been transferred from the Selangor Islamic Religious Department (JAIS) to MAIS and MAIS has been confirmed by a meeting on 14 April 2005. Isolation is valid with the provisions of Section 81 (3) Administration of the Religion of Islam (State of Selangor) 2003 which states that the MAIS authority to administer and entitled to all the money and property of the Baitulmal.
