Jawatan Kosong MPPG - Pasir Gudang Municipal Council (MPPG) or Majlis Perbandaran Pasir Gudang or Pasir Gudang Municipal Council is a local authority which administrates Pasir Gudang and other areas of the Iskandar Malaysia area. This agency is under Johor state government. MPPG are responsible for public health and sanitation, waste removal and management, town planning, environmental protection and building control, social and economic development and general maintenance functions of urban infrastructure. The MPPG main headquarters is located at Pasir Gudang.
As a Local Authority which resolutes to provide quality and professional services as well as implementing continuous improvements and ensuring effectiveness of the management system in achieving quality objective based on the following subjects :-
- Managing the environment effectively and dynamically.
- Ensuring the society inherits benefit through activities and development projects being conducted.
- Emphasizing on holistic development based on the allocation of Local Government Act and parallel with government policies.
- Give priority to Bumiputeras who have the potential of being successful entrepreneurs.
- To improve employee knowledge and skills through continuous training.
- To improve cooperation with the society in strengthening the community.
- Plan, organise, and control development of cities, as well as the construction and maintenance of public amenities and infrastructure.
- Provide municipal services, food quality control, and also vector diseases control.
- Manage environmental effectiveness.
- Responsible as a building control body in ensuring that legislative, policies, and requirements guideline are adhered to.
- Evaluate, assess and collect taxes.
- Control the issuance of premise licences and other related licences, as well as business amenities.
- Build and maintain leisure and recreation areas, as well as the beautification of urban areas.
- Manage MPPG assets and joint assets as a Commissioner of Building and leasing of properties.
- Manage effective, efficient, and systematic finance based on the prescribed finance procedure.
- Develop a society of unity through communal programmes.
- Implement law enforcement.

Requirements:
- Malaysian Citizen
- Not less than 18 years on the closing date of the position;
- Diploma in Engineering (Civil) recognized by the Government of educational institutions or a qualification recognized equivalent thereto.
- pass in Bahasa Malaysia / Bahasa Melayu (including oral examination) at Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia or equivalent qualification recognized by the government.
Requirements:
- Malaysian Citizen
- Not less than 18 years on the closing date of the position;
- Education diploma in accounting, banking education or trade studies recognized by the government of the institutions of higher learning or equivalent qualification, or
- Licentiate of the Chartered Institute of Secretaries and Administrators of United Kingdom in the field of financial administration or equivalent qualification recognized by the government.
- pass in Bahasa Malaysia / Bahasa Melayu (including oral examination) at Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia or equivalent qualification recognized by the government
Requirements:
- Meet the conditions set out in the scheme of service of the Malaysian Remuneration System (SSM);
- Have been confirmed in service;
- Annual Performance Valuation Report (LNPT) 80% for the last 3 years;
- Recommended by the Head of Department;
- Free from disciplinary punishment;
- Has declared the property based on the rules that are in effect;
- Pass filter integrity Malaysian Anti-Corruption Commission (MACC)
