Jawatan Kosong Pernama - Perbadanan Perwira Niaga Malaysia - PERNAMA was established to provide the best possible service to the citizens of the Malaysian Armed Forces (ATM) and ATM ex ATM volunteers with the preparation of retail outlets across the country at affordable rates further controlled based on management excellence and integrity and always mindful of the requirements of the environment.

Heroes Corporation Futures Commission (PERNAMA) is a wholly owned corporation of the Armed Forces Fund Board (LTAT). It was established under the provisions of Section 23 of the Armed Forces Act 1973 to carry on the business activities of retail sales, distribution, wholesale, import-export, hire-purchase of goods and provision of management services. PERNAMA was established on July 7, 1983 in accordance with the Armed Forces Fund Board Order 1983.

PERNAMA was fully operational retail business deal Naafi (Navy, Army and Air Force Institute) since July 1983 when it has a network of 35 stores. Since the government's approval of the governing bodies in the business ATM camp in 2000, until December 2010 PERNAMA operates 69 stores full moon, 17 Lamaniaga full moon, 13 Mini Lamaniaga and 561 retail lots.

Half of the items sold by PERNAMA enjoy duty and tax-exempt by the Government under Item III, Customs Duties (Exemption) (Amendment) (No. 4) Order 2001, the Excise Duties (Exemption) (Amendment) (No. 10) 2001. Duty-free goods are divided into two (2) groups:

• Imported goods are exempted from customs duty and sales tax
• Products made in the state exempt from excise duty and sales tax

This exception is no longer relevant due to deleted and terhakisnya DUTI-DUTI from year to year for most of the goodies are intended.

The kingdom has set a fifteen (15) kinds of goodies that have been granted exemption and excise DUTI as escort goodies. Barangan goods may only be purchased once in a period of three (3) years by any member Tentera.

Four (4) classes of customers who justified buy duty-free goodies in the shop PERNAMA. They are classified as members of Force Tentera Malaysia (ATM) and a member of the family and also Tentera Komanwel Force. Persist power of 27 September 2011, a former member of the ATM (Pesara Tentera) and members of volunteer ATM (Askar Wataniah) justified buy-sides in series PERNAMA shop and enjoy the convenience of buying duty-free goodies than it is.

During embodiment PERNAMA in 1983, LTAT has whitewash as RM 11.9 million in the PERNAMA and resurfacing has added up to RM 8.1 million in 1984 to make it up to RM 20 million. In 1989, LTAT PERNAMA add more capital up to RM 5.0 million. So Disember 2010, capital PERNAMA pay up to RM 25.0 million everlasting.
