Jawatan Kosong Kipsas - Kolej Islam Pahang Sultan Ahmad Shah or The establishment of Kolej Islam Pahang Sultan Ahmad Shah - KIPSAS is the first starting point towards the development and progress of Islamic higher education in the state.

Its history began on August 27, 1996 when the State Council approved the establishment ideas.
