Requirements
- ICSA qualification and MAICSA membership.
- At least 5 years of company secretarial experience.
- Well versed with the requirements of the Companies Act, 1965 and other applicable laws and regulations.
- Exposure to corporate exercises will be an added advantage.
- Good interpersonal, communication and business writing skills.
- Self-motivated, meticulous, independent, with a strong sense of responsibility and ability to meet tight deadlines.
- Proficient in both written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia.
Requirements:
- Minimum SPM qualification.
- At least 3 years of company secretarial experience.
- Well versed with the requirements of the Companies Act, 1965 and other applicable laws and regulations.
- Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
