Jawatan Kosong Kosma - Koperasi Serbausaha Makmur Berhad (KOSMA) is a credible cooperative, progressive and popular among Cooperatives in Malaysia to be active in the management of mainly oil palm plantation.
The main activity is the development and plantation KOSMA oil palm. Exco meeting Pahang state Government convened on November 2, 1966 passed a on an area of approximately 55,000 acres of land in Mukim Keratong, Rompin, Pahang Darul Makmur. Special conditions imposed is the area to be planted with oil palm so that the land could be developed and sold to members of the KOSMA in form of investment Units.
Development planning strategy should take into account its activities KOSMA 184, in 2004, 2005, 2006, 2007 that the conclusion to estimate production capacity of oil palm, hospitality businesses and investment are identified with more accurate. From the information the annual report, the strategy in the interest of the members of the KOSMA be recommended are as follows:
- Focus upon what KOSMA can do best, namely "core business" of him, plantations and hospitality, given priority.
- Increase the revenue productivity of oil palm fruit plantation and make a detailed assessment of cost efficiency in the production of oil palm fruit.
- Build and enhance the ability of the labor resources in carrying out the duties of the plantation operations, hospitality, and service to the members of the KOSMA.
- Review investment opportunities in the field of agricultural industry in the Corridor of the East Coast Region, particularly in Pahang and Malaysia in General.
- Enhance the "Value Proposition" to members of the KOSMA.
- Review by-Laws and recommend modifications in accordance with the investment over time so that the implementation of America's sporting career in the future can be implemented as soon as possible by constantly thinking about the importance of members of the KOSMA.
