1. Chargeman

Requirements

• Candidate must possess a Chargeman BO Certificate (33KV) by Suruhanjaya Tenaga
  
• Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English
  
• At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  
• Good client and people management skills; effective liaison with clients and contractors
  
• Possess strong supervisory skills to lead and motivate maintenance staff
  
• Full-Time positions available.
  

2. Senior Executive, Project 

 Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Engineering (Civil) or equivalent.
  
• Minimum 5 year(s) of working experience in property development industry
  
• Experience in building and infrastructure project management with sound technical knowledge and project management track record.
  
• Involvement in project planning and feasibility studies.
  
• Possess strong leadership skill to lead and motivate site staff
  
• Good Presentation skills
  
• Good client and people management skills; effective liaison with clients, consultants, contractors and relevant authorities to deliver project on time
  
• Excellent command of English and Bahasa Malaysia, both verbal and written
  
• Possess high degree of integrity and professionalism and able to perform effectively in multi-functional roles
  
• Excellent analytical, problem solving and interpersonal skills
  
• Possess drive, initiative and work commitment
  
• Strong team player
  

3. Finance Manager 

Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
  
• Excellent oral & written communication in Bahasa Malaysia and English
  
• At least 5 year(s) of working experience preferably in property/facilities management industry is required for this position.
  
• Preferably Managers specializing in Finance - General/Cost Accounting or equivalent with sound knowledge in financial reporting system
  
• Strong financial and analytical skills
  
• Tax planning experience and familiar with computerised accounting environment (IFCA/WHIZ system)
  
• Possess a high level of professionalism and integrity
  
• A team player
