Jawatan Kosong DPMM - Dewan Perniagan Melayu Malaysia - DPMM is an organization that is struggling to unite the Malay businessmen and industrialists for Malay economic interests and benefits.The purpose of its establishemnt is to develop and creating a Malay business organizations at the national and state levels.

Following the formation of the Malay Chambers of Commerce in the state (each of which is registered under the Registrar of Societies of the State), an umbrella body called the Council Gabongan Se-Malaya Malay Chamber of Commerce (GDPMM) was established in 1956.

Among individuals who take responsibility as in the formation GDPMM are Datuk Mahmood Merican (Chairman of the Malay Chamber of Commerce Malaysia); Haji Nik Hassan Nik Yahya (Chairman of the Malay Chamber of Kelantan) and Datuk Raja Azis (Chairman of the Malay Chamber of Commerce Malaysia).

GDPMM established in accordance with the laws of the Organization in 1949. It is registered under the Registrar of Societies Malaysia and its officially approved on July 11, 1957 with registration number "1101 Selangor".

DPMM continue to pursue the mission of elevating the dignity and honor of the Malays in the economy and international. Image, role and effectiveness is increasingly being recognized by our national leaders. DPMM are also asked to assist the government, particularly on issues affecting the interests of the business community and Malay traders.

DPMM was entrusted to a secretariat to drive and monitor the Malay economic agenda with the establishment of the Secretariat of Economic Literature (SAEM). In addition, the DPMM have also been working with the Ministry of Entrepreneur Development to organize the Fourth Bumiputera Economic Congress (KEB4) on 10 and 11 September 1999.

In addition, the constant struggle to defend the fate of the chamber is Malay entrepreneurs affected by the recession and the downturn in the economy. Thus was born entrepreneur Rehabilitation Fund (TPU) and Bumiputera Entrepreneur Project Fund (TPUB) extension of the memorandum to the leaders of the National Armed Forces.

The mission of DPMM
  1. Establish and maintain a Malay business establishments nationally and abroad for the benefit and interest of Malays in business and professional fields.
  2. Integrating business and professional interests of Malays and Malay economic interest.
  3. Determine the activity of State and Members Join Forces are in accordance with the principles and objectives of DPMM
  4. Make contact or cooperate with other bodies or associations that have the same goals as DPMM.
  5. Conducting research in the problems and to develop or propose rules and procedures of action deemed necessary or beneficial for all or one of the principles and objectives of the chamber.
  6. Perform any work or any other measures of the above for the smooth running of the Centre and the State for the Armed Forces of economic interest of the Malays.
  7. Help create business networking among Members of the House and members of the Chambers of Commerce and other inside and outside the country and prioritize the distribution of chances, opportunities for Members of the House.
  8. The importance of ensuring that the assurance in laws enacted or amended in Malaysia related to business.
DPMM Vision

"DPMM are the pillars of the Malay struggle respected, feared and believed in and outside the country," The Vision of the chamber are as follows:

  1. Enhance the dignity and excellence of the Malay race, especially in the economic sector at the state, national and international;
  2. A platform that is sensitive to the issues and needs of the Malays (in accordance with its role as a reference point) at the state, national and international economic development, entrepreneurship, and nation;
  3. Become coupling to the Malay political leadership and governance;
  4. DPMM make a national agenda;
  5. DPMM bore knowledgeable leadership, charity and faith;
  6. Strengthening the DPMM as an organization owned by the Malays and the representative of the people at the state, national and international as well as relevant to the needs of society; and
  7. Malay entrepreneurs, especially in strategic sectors.

Dewan Perniagan Melayu Malaysia (DPMM) invites qualified Malaysians to fill the positions as below: -

1. Project Executive

Requirements:
  • Candidate must possess at least a Degree from Business School or University or equivalent.
  • Have 3-4 years of experience in managing a variety of projects.
  • Possess advanced level in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Must be detailed-oriented and willing to follow strict guidelines and procedures.
  • Excellent communication skills, as well as the willingness and ability to work well with peers and senior members of the management team.
2. Corporate Affairs Manager 

Requirements:
  • Candidate must possess a Master's degree from Business school or University or equivalent.
  • Possess 6 years of experience in corporative affairs or communication areas in well-known companies or communication agencies.
  • Must have advanced level in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Results-oriented and reveal a strong strategic view.
  • Strong people management skills, as well as the willingness and ability to work well with peers and senior members of the management team.
3. Editor 

Requirements:
  • Candidate must possess at least a Higher Diploma or Degree in Computer Engineering /Computer Science or IT
  • Preferably 2 – 3 years related working experience; however those with less experience but with the right attitude are encouraged to apply.
  • Possess excellent problem solving and analytical skills.
  • Able to express ideas clearly in writing, good judgment, creative, self-motivated.
  • Able to converse fluently in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
  • Willing to work extra hours during peak time.
4. IT Web Master / IT Web Application Developer 

Requirements:
  • Candidate must possess a Higher Diploma/ Degree in Computer Engineering /Computer Science or IT.
  • Preferably 2 – 3 years related working experience; however those with less experience but with the right attitude are encouraged to apply.
  • Possess excellent problem solving and analytical skills.
  • Good understanding of Internet technology.
  • Has a passion in software development and web technologies.
