Jawatan Kosong IPG Perlis - Institut Pendidikan Guru Kampus Perlis built in 1996 and inaugurated in 1999. Located at Jln. Behor Pulai, the institute became known as Perlis.Perlis College is the only state that has not College. Recognising this, in 1982, YB Datuk Abdullah bin Haji Ahmad Badawi (now Tun), the Minister of Education at that time agreed to establish a teacher training college in Perlis earth. Ehsan on Perlis State Government, in 1996 a piece of land measuring 89.6 acres in area Behor Pulai, Reuters Sena, Jayapura has been allocated for the construction of the college. The total construction cost colleges the names of the Teachers College Kangar is an amount of Rs 55 million. MPK fully completed in mid-1999.
On 21 September 1999, MPK was officially opened by the Honourable. Mahathir bin Mohamad (now Tun), the Prime Minister of Malaysia in a special ceremony full of pomp and splendor. During the opening, he was named the College as a teacher training college Kangar Perlis (MPP) to avoid confusion with the Kangar Municipal Council also uses a similar short word MPK. Now all colleges upgraded by the Ministry of Education, MPP has been named as the Institute of Teacher Education Campus Perlis from 2007 and the first batch of graduates are graduating in the end of 2010.
