Jawatan Kosong KKKG - Kolej Komuniti Kuching is the first community college established in Sarawak and it is one of 10 pilot Community College, established the Ministry of Education Malaysia on June 1, 2001. Parent campus is currently in Jalan Sultan Tengah in Petra Jaya constituency P.168 and the distance 10 km from the city center this Kuching.Kolej Komuniti Kuching began it’s at operation Sejingkat Technical Secondary School, Kuching, with the pioneer staff of eight. A total of 26 students were registered as the first group to attend the Certificate in Automotive and Certificate Course Fashion Design and Cloth on June 12, 2001.

Community College is an Institution of Higher Learning (IPTA) under the Ministry of Higher Education Malaysia. Community College has been established through Memorandum No. 398/2225/00 submitted by the Minister of Education to the Cabinet on July 5, 2000. Memorandum contains the concept of the establishment and implementation of Community Colleges in each constituency. Community College's role is to provide opportunities for training and skills to serve the community and post-secondary educational opportunities prior to the job market or to pursue higher. Twelve (12) of the pilot Community College began operation in 2001.

At the center, Community College Management Sector (GCMS), Department of Polytechnic and Community College (JPPKK), Ministry of Higher Education Malaysia (MOHE) has been responsible for overseeing the management of all Community College KPTM. At the institutional level, the Community College is headed by a Director and assisted senior officers, lecturers / instructors and support staff.

Community College is a higher education system in Malaysia under the management of the Department of Community Colleges (JPKK), Ministry of Higher Education Malaysia. A total of 10 pilot Community College began operation in mid June 2001 and 2 more in December 2001. More Community College is being planned in phases in the MP 9. Community College is now under the auspices of the Ministry of Education to have the same goals as in the early years. As a leading educational institution in Malaysia, the role of community colleges have expanded. Community colleges have been established with more around the country, dedicated to shaping a more dynamic community.

Jawatan Kosong DBKU - Dewan Bandaraya Kuching Utara

Jawatan Kosong DBKU - Kuching was conferred a city status on 1st August 1988, making it the second Malaysian’s city after Kuala Lumpur. Due to its vastness the city was divided into two administrative areas: namely north and south. The City of Kuching North Commission or Dewan Bandaraya Kuching Utara (DBKU), in Malay, administrates the northern part and the Councils of Kuching South or Majlis Bandaraya Kuching Selatan (MBKS) the southern part.At its establishment, DBKU started with only eight personnel on its payroll in August 1988. DBKU now (2008) has 1,007 personnel under its employment comprises; 35 full time professionals and administrative staff, 696 support staff and 276 daily paid workers.

The first Mayor was Datu Dr. Yusoff Haji Hanifah (1988-1994), the second was Datu Haji Awang Ehsan Joini (1995 - 2000), the third was Tn. Haji Madehi Haji Kolek (2001- 2004), the fourth was Datu Abdul Hamid b. Mohd. Yusoff (2005-2007), the fifth was Tuan Haji Mohamad Atei Abang Medaan and the current mayor is YBhg. Datuk Haji Abang Wahap Abang Julai. Since its inception DBKU has been developing the city in line with its vision, into a cultured, clean and well-planned city so that its inhabitants can be proud of it. As the capital and gateway of Sarawak, DBKU endeavours to make Kuching a clean city to promote a good image of Sarawak, especially to foreign visitors.

Kuching City is populated by people of many ethnic groups; namely the Malays, Chinese, Iban, Bidayuh and Melanau each with their different cultural backgrounds making Kuching as an interesting ethnics showcase to tourists both foreign and local. Kuching City also has many parks and historical landmarks.

1. Pekerja Rendah Awam R1

Requirements:

• Malaysian citizen;
  
• Not less than 18 years on the closing date of the position;
  
• P6 expired government-aided primary schools;
  
• Able to carry out the field work related to services covered by this scheme.
  
• Ability to speak, read and write English well.
  

2. Pemandu Kenderaan Bermotor R3

Requirements:

• Malaysian citizen;
  
• Not less than 18 years on the closing date of the position;
  
  • (i) the expiration of 6 Degrees of government-aided primary schools;
    
  • (ii) possess a driving license in respect of Class D/E/E1/E2/F/G/H/I issued by the Road Transport Department (JPJ) [except for a driver's license on probation (P)]
    
  • (iii) an ability to drive, operate and maintain a motor vehicle may be covered by the scheme service.
