Responsibilities
- Examine patient’s eyes, test their sight, give advice on visual problems, prescribe and fit spectacles or contact lenses when needed.
- Managing the retail aspects of spectacles, contact lenses and other vision care products.
- Liaising with sales representatives from vision care product suppliers.
- Supervising and training sales assistant
- Administering, organizing and planning the development of the practice.
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Optometry from recognized university.
- Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English
- No working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Applicants must be willing to work in CHERAS.
- Preferably Senior Executives specializing in Sales - Retail/General or equivalent.

Responsibilities
- Greet customers entering establishment
- Collection: receive cash, cheques, and or credit cards/debit cards in payment for services, drugs, supplies /equipment.
- Issue receipts, merchant slips or change due to customer
- Refund: in cash, credit cards or cheques for the monies due to patient.
- Ensure Collection & Refund adhere to policies & procedures.
- Ensure end day balancing report is done before submitting the collection to the BO Supervisor.
- Cash discrepancies: investigate and report to BO supervisor.
- Non-collection: patient unable to pay – make a copy of patient/guarantor IC, sign declaration form & elevate the case to CCD immediately.
- Ensure the safety of money: to submit collections to BO supervisor with every change of shift
- Assist customers by providing information & handling their complaints by channelling to customer service or credit control.
- Maintain clean and orderly checkout areas and complete other general cleaning duties.
- Candidate must possess at least a Primary/Secondary School/SPM/"O" Level, any field.
- 1-2 year(s) of working experience in hospital an advantage
- Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English
- Computer literate.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills

Responsibilities
- Greet customers entering establishment.
- To identify whether sufficient Deposit is collected for the consultant to proceed with the treatment plan.
- To advise consultants to fill-up the relevant forms or whether to proceed with the treatment.
- Ensure all charges (Consultants, Implants, wards, OT, Diagnostic, extra meal & etc) updated on daily basis.
- Daily bed census: – print every morning & update patient notice board.
- Ensure Consultants to fill-up the charge slip form on daily basis & to fill-up the insurance form duly.
- Interim bill: to print & hand it over to patient/next of kin.
- Follow-up for the top-up deposit based on the interim bill.
- Verify accuracy of billing data and revise any errors. Compile data, compute fees & charges, for the interim bill purpose.
- Interact with customers to provide information in response to inquiries about the bill & services and to handle and channel complaints to customer service.
- Refer unresolved customer’s grievances to designated departments / immediate superior for further investigation.
- Upon discharge; ensure all charges are updated & to send the documents in the Red or Blue folder to Business Office.
- Minimum SPM.
- Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English
- Computer literate and fast learner.
- Able to supervise and willing to work in shift and long hours.
