Requirements:

1. Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Law or equivalent.
2. At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
3. Lawyers in legal practice with emphasis on corporate advisory matters are encourage to apply.
4. Self-driven, highly motivated, dynamic and possess good analytical skills.
5. Good communication and interpersonal skills and confidence in interacting with internal/external parties.
6. Proficient in oral and written communication skills in English.
7. Well-rounded and able to effectively manage multiple tasks and comply with tight deadlines.
8. Must be able to work independently, pro-active and have a keen attention to detail.
9. Able to gasp complex issue of law, identify the necessary solutions and advise on matter efficiently.
