1. Executive ICT Enterprise Solution

Responsibilities:

• Experience in project implementation
• Knowledge of System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) processes
• Ability to multitask, highly numerate with attention to detail
• Ability to influence, manage expectations
• Possess matured personality, good interpersonal and communication skills, and is able to communicate well with all levels or personnel within the organization
• Must have in-depth process knowledge and skills in terms of system customization and configuration
• Provides support, on-the-job training and ongoing guidance to members.
• Promotes leadership and teamwork by encouraging team building and empowerment, by motivating the team, by maintaining good working relationship, and by ensuring excellent communication at all levels.
• Manages and ensures a high standard and high quality of work by applying technical and business knowledge to tasks assigned, and monitoring performance of the team functions regularly.
• Keeps the superior up-to-date by constantly reporting to him/her on the progress of each task assigned and related work issues.

Requirements:

• Degree in Computer Science or Engineering or similar discipline or equivalent experience.
• Candidates with System Development certification will have an added advantage
• Minimum 4 years relevant experience in System Development and Implementation
• Experience in project implementation
• Knowledge of System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) processes
• Proficient in C+, Java, VB .net programming and/or SQL database.
• Ability to multitask, highly numerate with attention to detail
• Ability to influence, manage expectations
• Possess matured personality, good interpersonal and communication skills, and is able to communicate well with all levels or personnel within the organization
• Must have in-depth process knowledge and skills in terms of system customization and configuration
• Good interpersonal and communication skills and a proven ability to lead.
• Experience in managing vendors, system integrators and service level agreements
• Good knowledge of the IT industry, key vendor profiles and IT market trends, including assessment of sourcing options;
• Having knowledge in Century Finance Software or any finance System is an advantages.

2. Executive ICT Network and Security

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the network software, hardware and infrastructure.
• Responsible for network management including switches, routers, LAN, WAN, wireless, data lines such as leased line, ADSL, Metro-E, DHCP, network monitoring system, routing and other network services.
• Responsible for security management such as firewall, packet shaper, load balancer, anti-virus, DNS & SMTP gateway, mail & web sweeper, proxy system and the yearly security assessment.
• Responsible for the phoneinfrastructure such as PBX, voicemail, VOIP, telephone sets, modemsand fax machines.
• Recommend network & telecommunication solutions for short-, medium-, and long-range infrastructure projects.
• Work with vendors to resolve complex network & telecommunication problems.
• Document network & telecommunication problems and resolutions for future reference.
• Analyze and recommend purchases of network & telecommunication equipment or hardware, peripheral equipment, and related software;
• Analyze and design network & telecommunication security, including firewalls, applying cryptography to network applications,
• Analyze utilization patterns and their effect on operation/system availability and performance expectations.
• Investigate and recommend enhancements and operating procedures that optimize network availability.

Requirements:

• Degree in Information Technology or similar discipline or equivalent experience.
• Candidates with Network Security certification will have an added advantage.
• Minimum 5 years relevant experience in Network and Infrastructure Management,
• Telecommunication Management and IT Security Management
• Good exposure in large WAN/network environment
• Strong knowledge of LAN, WAN & VPN Security
• Strong knowledge of Network configuration, implementation, monitoring, troubleshooting & support
• Strong knowledge of Network switches, routers, wireless and other network appliances
• Familiar with VoIP system architecture
• Drive, enthusiasm, flexibility, commitment, and resilience to deliver outstanding results.
• Good knowledge of IT functions and processes.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills and a proven ability to lead.
• Experience in managing vendors, system integrators and service level agreements
• Focus on compliance and “no red audit” findings.
• Good knowledge of the IT industry, key vendor profiles and IT market trends, including assessment of sourcing options;
