Jawatan Kosong JAIS - Selangor Islamic Religious Department or Jabatan Agama Islam Selangor (JAIS) is a department under the administration of the Selangor Islamic Religious Council (MAIS). the main purpose of IRAD is to manage the affairs of Muslims in the state. The main mission for JAIS is to manage the affairs of Islam with wisdom, trust and effective.

History Of Jais arisen from concerns Hisamuddin Sultan Alam Shah Alhaj the fate of Japanese citizens in the rule and the spread of communism that could affect the morals and beliefs of the Malays at that time. He ordered the state government to the Department of Religious Affairs was established. On October 1, 1945, the Department of Islamic Affairs was established, in which YM Raja Nong bin Raja Haji Hussin was appointed secretary of this institution. While administrative offices were housed in the office of the Sultan who is close to the City Palace Klang after receiving his blessing and permission. Funding management is derived from the provisions of the royal.

Establishment of the Department assist government efforts in curbing the development of communism in Malaya as well as improve the morals and beliefs of the Malays at that time. Having referred to the administrative order Johor Islamic Religious Department on a visit to the Johor Islamic Religious Department in 1946, the Law on the Selangor State Constitution was drafted in 1947, covers the case of the establishment of the Department of Islamic Affairs and Malay Customs. The sequence of these developments, formally established the Department of Religious Affairs in January 1948 the old building was chosen as the Royal Selangor Club office administration.

Jawatan Kosong LUAS - Lembaga Urus Air Selangor

Jawatan Kosong Luas - Lembaga Urus Air Selangor - LUAS or Selangor Waters Management Authority (SWMA) started from the Cabinet Minister’s order in July 1997 which directed the Agricultural Ministry and thereafter the Selangor State Government to set up an agency responsible in managing river and water sources in an integrated manner under which Selangor River was selected as part of a pilot project modeled from Thames River in United Kingdom as a model.

Therefore, coordination of roles and jurisdictions between state and federal government’s agency were initiated to ensure no overlapping function and responsibility. SWMA has been officially established through the Selangor State Legislative Assembly’s approval on 9th April 1999. This establishment is equipped with the Selangor Waters Management Authority Enactment 1999.

SWMA was launched on 18th of September 1999 by Y.A.B Dato' Seri (Dr) Hj. Abu Hassan Bin Hj. Omar, the then Selangor State’s Chief Minister cum the first chairman of SWMA’s Board of Directors. Ir. Hj. Rahmat bin Hj. Mohd Sharif, the then Deputy Director of state’s Department of Irrigation and Drainage was appointed as the first SWMA’s director on 15th of September 1999. SWMA officially operates on 1st August 2000 with the recruitment of 13 nucleus officers.

SWMA’s Board of Directors is chaired by the State Chief Minister and State Secretary as the Deputy Chairman. SWMA’s director himself is appointed as the secretary. The remaining members of the Board of Directors members consist of State’s Legal Advisor, State’s Financial Officer , 2 State’s Executive Councillor, Director- General of Irrigation and Drainage, along with 5 other people appointed based on their expertise in water resources management.

In general, SWMA is the state’s agency pioneering in water resources management. The Selangor Waters Management Authority Enactment 1999 provides SWMA with legal provisions and enforcement power to carry out its responsibility and functions effectively.

SWMA is responsible to ensure the state's water resources, including river basin, groundwater and surface water, lakes and coastal area is protected. These functions and responsibility are executed through Integrated River Basin Management (IRBM) and Integrated Coastal Management (ICM) approaches.

SWMA was reorganizes in 2010 with the creation of new internal units to further strengthen its management and service delivery. 58 new staffs has been recruited started from 1st February 2011. This positive development has injected a fresh energy into SWMA in order to continuously implement the functions and render excellent services so as to achieves its vision and mission.

Jawatan Kosong MDKS - Majlis Daerah Kuala Selangor (MDKS) or Kuala Selangor District Council was built in 1978 and is now 33 years old.It comprises the collaboration of 5 local council which is Kuala Selangor Local Council,Tanjong Karang Local Council,Bestari Jaya Local Council,Ijok Local Council,Jeram Local Council.

Earliest residents of Kuala Selangor are sea people who lived by fishing. They lived along the Selangor riverbank about 3 miles from the river confluent to the headstream. Their leader is a Bugis woman with a loving and caring trait and knows how to appreciate her people. These characteristics are what attracted the attention of the people until they didn't want a leader who is not of Bugis descent. Eventhough there are others who wants to become the leader of Kuala Selangor.

In R.J. Wilkinson book it was stated that Bugis people situated in Selangor (Kuala Selangor) named Daeng Lakani in K.M 17 means in Kuala Selangor it was inhabited by other tribe before this,it is clear that Bugis has set foot in Kuala Selangor since K.M. 17 lagi.

The Kuala Selangor residents at that time were farmers and fishermens,there are also people who stole and became pirates along the Selangor beach shore. The yield of their robbery were kept at a bay until it was known as Robbers Bay (Teluk Penyamun), about a mile from River Confluent.

Malay History, Raffles edition No 18, mentioned about the time Sultan Mahmud Shah Melaka was in Bentan in 1513, Tun Mahmud (Seri Agar Diraja) were crowned in Selangor. Jeram, are some of the oldest places in Selangor, situated in this district were also mentioned in Malay History. It was said that Sultan Mansur Syah Melaka who reigned from 1459 until 1477 crowned his prince, Paduka Seri Cina in Jeram.

Another oldest place in Selangor is Permatang, opposite Kuala Selangor and was separated from Selangor River . Permatang is under the influence of Malacca and when Malacca fall in the hands of Portuguese in 1511,the powers were inherit by the Johore government.

Around 17th century when Bugis people in throngs came out from the state to find a new place to stay and built a new life , Selangor became a place of focus . Selangor was made as a movement center for other states such as Perak and Kedah.

Jawatan Kosong Padat - The history of the Selangor State Museum has already started much earlier, in the year 1987. When the Selangor State Museum which was established by the British is not available at the Selangor Museum today. Founder when it is H.C. Syers. Efforts to collect artifacts of the pre-history to display in the museum began in 1894 in which the JP Rodger was giving some ax or hatchet, known as "Stone Lintar" at that time to the museum.

In 1905, when H.C. Robinson became the Selangor State Museum curator, he obtained some stone ax or hatchet (but not from the Dallas area) for display at the museum. According H.C. Robinson, many more stone tools pre-historic times between the years 1906 to 1907 were obtained. For some time until the 1930's, has not shown any real interest for the pre-history of research in this area at that point.

In the days after independence, almost every state in Malaysia has started to establish their own state museums. The National Museum was officially opened on August 31, 1963 opening. The building was built on the site of Selangor Museum which was bombed during the Second World War. National Museum belongs to the Selangor State until 1974 when Sultan Salahuddin Abdul Aziz Shah, the Sultan of Selangor agree release and surrender his sovereignty over Kuala Lumpur to the Federal Government in the record and show a sense of responsibility and devotion to the needs and interests of his country.

Starting from above the transition point, the Selangor State has yet to have a museum of its own to replace the National Museum in Kuala Lumpur. What is the time now merely a Mini Museum (originally a residential district officer) located at Bukit Melawati in Kuala Selangor. In building this historic event associated with the onset of Selangor displayed and exhibited for public viewing.

June 18th, 2009, Selangor Museum Board has changed its name into Malay Customs and Heritage Corporation Selangor (PADAT). Previously when under Selangor Museum Board, it is an organization which focuses on exhibitions, research, publications and collections of the museum collection the state since 1975 under the Enactment No.6 1975.Kini year, PADAT in naungi by Sultan Selangor.Ia specific function to develop, maintain and disseminate Malay customs and warisanNegeri Selangor.Enakmen establishment of the Corporation (Enactment No. 4) has get the pleasure of the Sultan of Selangor on 30 April 2009.

PADAT has three parts to support functions headed by a Chief Executive Officer, including:

Jawatan Kosong Jakess - In 2003 the name of Mahkamah Syariah Selangor was changed to Jabatan Kehakiman Syariah Negeri Selangor (JAKESS) in line with the development and enhancement of the quality of services to customer.Establishment Mahkamah Syariah in Selangor under the provisions of Section 55 (1), 55 (2), 55 (3) and 55 (4) of the Administration of the Religion of Islam (State of Selangor) 2003.

Islam in Selangor have been there through the early 15th century Melaka Selangor at that time was under subjection conquer Malacca. In the reign of Malacca , had existed qadi to manage the affairs of the Islamic religion in the state. History of the establishment of Sharia courts in the state of Selangor Darul Ehsan also have existed in the 17th century .

Law Prevents excessively Year 1894 ( prevention of Adultry Regulation 1894 ) is the first law enacted in the state. Approved by the Selangor State Executive Council on 26th September 1894 and this law will only be effective for the Muslims only. According to this law , a man who commits sexual activity with a woman who has a husband is convicted and sentenced to 2 years in prison can be for men and 1 for women in prison and probably both fine .

In 1900 , the State Council approved the Law of Marriage and Divorce Marriage Registration The 1900 Muslims ( Mohammedan Marriage and divorce Registration Enactment 1900 ), the law relating to marriage and divorce marriage of Muslims in the state.

This law provides for a husband or guardian must report to the marriage or vice kadi kadi district within 7 ( seven ) days after cohabitation and caddy or naibnya shall register and issue marriage certificates . Similarly percerian be reported to caddy in 7 seven after divorce and divorce certificates will be issued to those concerned . If this is not adhered to , action may be taken by law a fine of not more than Rs 25.00 . With this law , and to discuss matters of marriage and divorce , the court held caddy .

In 1900 also , qadi were extended to the districts in the state and in 1922 every county have their kadinya the district of Klang, Kuala Lumpur , Kuala Langat , Ulu Langat , Kuala Selangor , Sabak Bernam , Kuala Kubu and Rawalpindi .

In 1948 the Selangor Islamic Religious Department ( Jais ) has been established, with the effort to enact laws were made ??and resulted Law No. Selangor Islamic Religious Administration . 3 of 1952 in the name of Law Enactment No Selangor Islamic Religious Administration . 3 of 1952 and came into force on December 5, 1952 . With this law is the law termansuhlah predecessors. Up to this day this law has undergone changes 7 times that in 1969 , 1960 , 1961 , 1962 , 1966 , 1972 and 1979 . This amendment is made ??in connection with the administration of the business affairs of the Muslim update in the state.

In 1984 the Islamic Family Law Punjab No. 4 of 1984 was passed and came into force on January 23, 1989 in the state of Selangor. The implementation of this law has abolished the 6 th and 7 of section 155 , 156, 158, 160 and 178 paragraph ( n ) of Law No. Selangor Islamic Religious Administration . 3 of 1952 .

In 1989 the Selangor Islamic Law Enactment No. 2 of 1989 was passed . Based on this enactment , the Selangor Syariah Court was officially established and separate from the Selangor Islamic Religious Department ( JAIS ) . In 1991, the enactment of the Selangor Syariah Criminal Procedure Code No. 6 of 1991 and Enactment of Selangor Syariah Court Civil Procedure Code No. 7 of 1991 was passed and came into force on 1st September 1991 . From the date of the Selangor Syariah Court has officially separated from IRAD .

In 2003 the name was changed Selangor Syariah Court to the Selangor Syariah Judiciary Department ( JAKESS ) in accordance with the development and enhancement of the quality of service to pelanggan.Penubuhan Selangor Syariah Court is under the provisions of Section 55 ( 1 ) , 55 ( 2 ) , 55 ( 3 ) and 55 ( 4) of the Administration of the Religion of Islam (State of Selangor ) Enactment 2003 .
