Jawatan Kosong Kesedar - Lembaga Kemajuan Kelantan Selatan (KESEDAR) or The Southern Kelantan Development Board was established on March 2nd 1978 under the Southern Kelantan Development Board Act 1978 (Act 203). Its official launch was carried out by Allahyarham Tun Hussein Onn, the third Prime Minister of Malaysia on March 5th 1978 in Kampung Batu Gajah, Tanah Merah, Kelantan. KESEDAR was established to balance the composition of the residents in Southern Kelantan with the northern part of the state, eradicate poverty, and restructure the community.

Southern Kelantan is a hilly area with almost 50% of the land at gradients of more than 25° and just 10% with gradients of less than 15°. Despite the large landmass, only 20% of the land has potential to be developed for the agricultural sector.

The importance of bringing about development in Southern Kelantan provided the impetus for the federal government to set up KESEDAR, in order to balance the development of regions in the country. KESEDAR is the fourth Territorial Development Board after the Southeast Pahang Development Board (DARA-1971), Southeast Johor Development Board (KEJORA-1972) and Central Terengganu Development Board (KETENGAH-1973).

The first KESEDAR administrative centre was located at Level 2, Kelantan State Government Secretary Office, Kota Bharu with the first General Manager, YBhg. Dato' Ariffin bin Said reporting for duty on June 1st 1978. Due to the continous expansion of more office space, KESEDAR set up a temporary headquarters at the Lembaga Urusan Tabung Haji Building. The idea to build a new headquarters located in Gua Musang was the brainchild of YBM Tengku Razaleigh Hamzah, the Finance Minister at the time.

Work began on June 16th 1984. The design of the complex took cues from local architecture and traditional Malay design, particularly its roof, and utilized local resources. It was completed on August 30th 1986 at accost of RM8.014 million.

Jawatan Kosong Prasarana - Syarikat Prasarana Negara Berhad

Jawatan Kosong prasarana - Syarikat Prasarana Negara Berhad (Prasarana) is a wholly-owned Government company established by the Ministry of Finance, set up to facilitate, undertake and expedite public infrastructure projects approved by the Government. Prasarana and its group of companies are also asset-owners and operators of several public transport providers, namely the Ampang and Kelana Jaya lines, KL Monorail system, bus operations in Klang Valley and Penang, as well as the cable car services in Langkawi.

Prasarana assets

Rail

• Prasarana owns the assets of two light rail transit (LRT) lines: Ampang Line and Kelana Jaya Line in Kuala Lumpur. The Ampang Line, comprising the Ampang and Sri Petaling Lines, were formerly known as Star-LRT (acronym for the former operator Sistem Transit Aliran Ringan Sdn Bhd) while the Kelana Jaya Line was formerly known as Putra-LRT (acronym for the former operator Projek Usahasama Transit Ringan Automatik Sdn Bhd). The two lines are operated by another specially created government-owned company Rangkaian Pengangkutan Integrasi Deras Sdn Bhd (Rapid KL). The Malaysian government took over the assets from their respective companies in 2002 after deeming them as failed privatisation projects.
• On 28 November 2007, Prasarana signed a sale and purchase agreement with KL Monorail Sdn Bhd for the purchase of assets of the Kuala Lumpur Monorail system.

Bus

• Prasarana owns the fleet of buses which are operated by Rapid KL as part of the bus network in Kuala Lumpur, Petaling Jaya, Subang Jaya, Shah Alam, Klang and several other towns in Selangor state in Malaysia. The fleets previously belonged to two private companies, Intrakota and Cityliner, which were taken over by Prasarana in 2004.
• Prasarana also owns a fleet of 350 buses which are operated by Rapid Penang. The company started operations on 31 July 2007. The Malaysian government's move to operate bus services in Penang is part of efforts to revamp the bus network in the state.

Others

• Prasarana also owns and operates the cable car in Langkawi and operates it on behalf of the Langkawi Development Authority (LADA). The cable car bring people up Gunung Matcincang.

Future expansion

KL Monorail

• In December 2006, the Malaysian government and KL Infrastructure Group (KL Infra), the company which owns the KL Monorail started negotiations for the former to take over the assets and operations of the Kuala Lumpur monorail system. Prasarana gave its agreement in principle to the takeover of KL Monorail on 22 December 2006 and a follow-up meeting was held on 6 February 2007 with the Government on the takeover of its operational assets and assumption of loan liabilities. A due diligence audit was conducted from 5 March 2007 to 27 April 2007 by consultants appointed by the Government.
• However, on 14 May 2007, receivers and managers were appointed for KL Monorail following KL Monorail's failure to settle an interest payment installment to Bank Pembangunan Malaysia Berhad (BPMB) which resulted in the entire loan amount owing to the bank becoming due and remaining unpaid. Nevertheless, the takeover process was still deemed to be on-going with KL Infra stating that it will continue to engage the government and BPMB to address the proposed takeover of KL Monorail by Prasarana based on earlier discussions and an approval in principle.
• On November 28, 2007, Prasarana signed a sale and purchase agreement with KL Monorail Systems Sdn Bhd, effectively making Prasarana the owner of KL Monorail. Prasarana will assume the RM882 million loan from Bank Pembangunan Malaysia[4]

PIDM are also empowered to intervene early to reduce or avert losses to the financial system, and we are armed with a wide range of legislative tools to deal with distressed member institutions. Our intervention and resolution powers enable us, among others, to acquire assets from member institutions or to provide financial assistance, where appropriate.

The main operations of the corporation is to open the land approved by the State Government for development of agricultural projects . Farm opens first is High Jalong Farm at Sg. Siput ( U ) 3,500 acres of oil palm plantations in 1975 .

At the beginning, PPPNP starting with oil palm and rubber cultivation of cash crops such as cassava in Ayer Kuning Farm in 1978, the consequences of declining world market price of rubber in 1975 , PPPNP was devoted to oil palm plantations .

As a result of the persistent efforts of the management and staff, PPPNP now owns 29 oil palm plantations including a farm located in Palembang , Indonesia . In addition PPPNP also have 2 palm processing factories located in Kg . Gajah , Perak and also in Palembang , Indonesia .

In 2011 the corporation took a step further by diversifying into new business venture are:

Jawatan Kosong Kubang Pasu - Kubang Pasu is the largest district in Kedah, Malaysia. Historically Kubang Pasu was the semi-independent Malay State of Kubang Pasu Darul Qiyam, ruled by Phaya or King Tunku Anom Prince of Kedah. It is located on the northern part of Kedah. The district is also known as Education Valley in Kedah because there is a concentration of educational institutions in Kubang Pasu. They are Universiti Utara Malaysia, Polytechnic of Sultan Abdul Halim Mu'adzam Shah, Industrial Training Institute (ILP), Bandar Darulaman Community College (Kolej Komuniti Bandar Darulaman), Akademi Binaan Malaysia (ABM), Institut Kemahiran Belia Negara (IKBS) and others.

Kubang Pasu district 's northernmost state of Kedah Darul Aman. It is bordered by Thailand to the north , the district Encephalitis in the east, in the southern district of Kota Setar , Perlis Indera Kayangan and the Strait of Malacca to the west .

Kubang Pasu district has an area of ??94.596 hectares ( 945,971 square miles ) . Most of the land distribution unit has flat land with some hills in the east. A total of 35 % ( 33.773 ha) of land in Kubang Pasu district in the MADA area , while 65 % ( 60,824 hectares ) located outside the MADA . There are 21 district in the distribution unit .

Jawatan Kosong MPJasin - Majlis Perbandaran Jasin - MP Jasin is one of three local government other than the Malacca Municipal Council Alor Gajah and Melaka City Council . The government is still based in the city Jasin until now . Municipal Council is determined to become a developed state by state and country's future .

History Council Jasin began in 1959 as the Rural District Council Jasin ( Jasin Rural District Council). Then the force of law the Local Government Act , 1976, as well as with local authorities other Jasin Rural District Council was recognized as Jasin District Council from July 1, 1978 . On January 1, 2007 it was upgraded to a Municipal Council Jasin .

Jasin Municipal Building was constructed on May 12, 1937 by Indian Society Jasin during the reign of King George VI . In the old days , the building was used as the administrative center of the English county . Next in 1959 , when the Rural District Council Jasin established , these buildings has been the administrative center of the council, and it lasted until now .

Jasin is the biggest district (41.47%), followed by Alor Gajah (40.48%) and Melaka Tengah (18.05%). Total area in Jasin is 67,799 hectre (678 km square). Area that bound with Jasin is Melaka Tengah (South), Alor Gajah (West), Muar, Johor (East) and Tampin, Negeri Sembilan (North). Jasin was divide into 20 mukim.

Almost 75% Jasin geographical is land because it is under 50 meter height and suitable for plantation. There is a dam in Mukim Jus, Jus Dam which providing water for people. Development in Jasin is focused more Jasin City, Merlimau and Selandar which function as district administration centre, trade centre and industrial centre.

Jawatan Kosong MP Bentong - Majlis Perbandaran Bentong or Municipal administration in Bentong District begins with the establishment of Bentong Municipal Council on 5 May 1955 with law enforcement and gazetted according to Pahang State Government Gazette No. 147. The establishment of Bentong Municipal Council on 1 July 1981 was based on Local Government Act (Act 171). It was one upgrading level from Municipal Council to District Council with unification of Bentong District Council together with 5 Local Councils

Range area of Bentong District Council during its establishment was 42 square miles divided into 30.99 square miles of full operations area (taxable) and 10.0045 square miles was controlled development area

The operations area covered Bentong Town, Genting Highlands, Karak, Telemong, Manchis, Sg. Dua and Bukit Tinggi. While its control area covered Sg. Gapoi, Simpang Pelangai, Kg Shafie, Jambu Rias, Janda Baik and Sg. Penjuring.

Bentong Municipal Council’s office originally was located above the Bentong Market, and later it moved to its own building located at the site of the former Bentong Rest House at Jalan Ketari

Starting from 1 January 2001, 20 years after its establishment, Bentong Municipal Council’s administrative area has expanded to 1105 square km (426.542 square miles). The new operations area is 335.02 square miles (867.69 square km) with an estimated population of 104, 000 people and revenue of RM 13.25 million for the year 2003

On 19 November 2003, Local Authority through Government Meeting Council has agreed to support suggestion on upgrading Bentong District Council to Bentong Municipal Council

On 16 July 2005, Bentong District Council officially declared as BENTONG MUNICIPAL COUNCIL.

Jawatan Kosong Adtec - Pusat Latihan Teknologi Tinggi Kemaman or Technology Training Centre (ADTEC) Kemaman established under the administration of the Department of Energy (JTM), Ministry of Human Resources (MHR) Malaysia. The center is built on a 100-acre site in the village Payoh, Kemaman, Terengganu. It is located about 22.5km from the City Tax.

The handing Technology Training Center (ADTEC) Kemaman was held on October 16, 2010 (Saturday) executed by the Deputy Secretary General (Management), Ministry of Human Resources (MHR), Yang.Bhg. Dato 'Hj. Mohd Shariff Bin Hussin, who also attended by former Director Ir ADTEC Kemaman. Suntong bin Hj Abdullah.

ADTEC Kemaman is a federal government agency that aims to provide formal technical training to workers and the industrial sector leavers certificate enabling them to gain expertise in a particular field. Accordingly, in Kemaman ADTEC offers 4 key areas that include Construction & Building Technology, Mechanical Technology, Electrical Technology and Electronics Technology.
