Jawatan Kosong SPN Selangor - Suruhanjaya Perkhidmatan Awam Negeri Selangor - SPN Selangor was established in 1960 in accordance with Chapter 10 Clause 97 (9) Law of the State of Selangor, 1959. As the Disciplinary Authority, the Commission has jurisdiction to consider and decide cases of violation of the purpose of punishment disciplinary demotion or dismissal. However, the Commission may pass a lighter sentence. As the Disciplinary Appeal Board, the Commission has jurisdiction to consider and decide the appeal on the decision made by the Disciplinary Board at the District level and State Department decision which is final.
