Jawatan Kosong Kowamas - Koperasi Wawasan Malaysia Berhad (KOWAMAS) or Koperasi Lepan Kabu Berhad was established under the co-operative Societies Act 1993 in 1998. Early involvement of the cooperative environment that is revolves around in business retail in Kuala Krai and Kota Bharu, Kelantan.

At the end of 2007, nine (9) members of the new Board was appointed to lead the key positions in the cooperative. Under the new Management Board, cooperatives have successfully formed, expanding its business in developing and memperbagaikan in line with the objective for the development of the economic status of members as well as to assist the Government to achieve the vision and mission of the Malaysian society that is prosperous and majujaya.

Kowamas, the name of the latest commercial in the market, in accordance with the direction of the operations and business interests have reached an agreement with the largest financial institution in Malaysia to create private financing scheme to its members and has also identified several strategic locations for property development.

Additionally, Kowamas is in the stage of negotiations on the transport sector, to go into farming and retail.
