1. Eksekutif Perancangan Dan Pembangunan Unit Sumber Manusia
Responsibilities
- Provide a list of candidates selected for an interview and provide interview call letter .
- Provide a letter of reply to successful candidates in the interview.
- Managing the tag name / new member or the card has been lost / damaged
- Responsible for providing monthly statistics members .
- Responsible for preparing and reviewing reports coming member of the presence of any delays .
- Provision of services committee meeting
- Ensure the record books attendance and punch cards are sufficient and sent to the Human Resources Branch within the time period specified.
- Distribute the performance evaluation form to all members of the intended promotion , salary increases, confirmation and the annual performance evaluation .
- Provide a letter of exchange of personnel
- Providing business connected with his resignation
- Professional Diploma certificates / degree in Business Development or Human Resource Management.
- At least two ( 2 ) years of relevant field experience Dalma .
- Interpersonal skills and communicate well
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines .
- Commited and creative in problem solving.
- A performance -oriented , creative, aggressive and responsible and able to work under minimal supervision
Responsibilities
- Responsible for ensuring the administration of the training carried out smoothly.
- Responsible for conducting in-house training program for selected members or groups .
- Monitor and ensure that each course or training that was attended by members updated into the Quick Pay System
- Monitor application on-line training online to the Human Resource Development Fund (HRDF ) run smoothly , and of course the claim is made before the expiration of the member .
- Ability to communicate and coordinate the induction of new members
- Ensure training programs conducted by the optimum number of participants.
- Ensure the direction joining , memo or letter to the players sent at least 3 working days before the training .
- Ensure all training evaluation is done and feedback further action
- holds a Professional Diploma in Development or Human Resource Management or equivalent qualification recognized by the Government;
- Have two ( 2 ) years working experience in related field .
- Ability to communicate and write well in English and English
- Skilled use of Microsoft Office programs
- Ability to execute the plan and monitor daily operations .
- An analytical and meticulous in everything in detail , highly motivated, positive attitude, self-reliant and able to work in groups.
- Able to work with tight schedules and time limits specified .
- Commited and creative in problem solving.
- Have high interpersonal skills , discipline, can work long hours and under minimal supervision .
