Jawatan Kosong Indah Water - Indah Water Konsortium Sdn Bhd - IWK is a company owned by Minister of Finance Incorporated, is Malaysia's national sewerage company which has been entrusted with the task of developing and maintaining a modern and efficient sewerage system for all Malaysians.

In 1994, the Federal Government awarded the company the concession for nationwide sewerage services which prior to that, was under the responsibility of local authorities.

Since then, Indah Water has taken over the sewerage services from local authorities in all areas except the States of Kelantan, Sabah, Sarawak and Johor Bahru City.

A modern and efficient sewerage system is vital for the country so as to ensure that wastewater is treated before being discharged into our rivers. This will help preserve the country's waste resources, protect public health and provide a cleaner and safer environment.

In June 2000, as testimony of the Government's seriousness in ensuring that a proper and efficient sewerage system will be successfully put in place and maintained, the Government, through the Minister of Finance Incorporated, took over the entire equity in Indah Water from its previous private owners.

Indah Water is now well-positioned to undertake the vital task of ensuring that Malaysians today and in the future will be able to enjoy a clean and healthy environment through a proper and well-maintained sewerage system.

Jawatan Kosong Kerajaan Negeri Perak

Jawatan Kosong Perak -  Negeri Perak or Perak Darul Ridzuan is one of the 13 states that make up the Federation of Malaya ( now Malaysia ) (see map ) . It is the second largest state in Peninsular Malaysia after Pahang and the fourth largest in Malaysia .

State of Perak is located immediately adjoining the state of Kedah in the north , more accurately Thailand bordering Yala Province to the northeast . State of Himachal Pradesh in the west sea ; Kelantan and Pahang to the east ; Maharashtra in the south and the Strait of Malacca in the west .

Sultanate era

Perak has been around since prehistoric times again , the man has occupied since Perak 40,000 to 8,000 years before Christ.

The legend tells the story of a Hindu - Malay kingdom called Gangga Negara in the northwest of Perak . Archaeological findings show that Silver has been inhabited since prehistoric times .

The history of the Sultanate of Perak began in 1528 with Sultan kemahkotaan Mudzaffar Shah I , a descendant of Sultan Mahmud Shah of Malacca. Thus, the Sultanate of Perak is directly descendant of the Malacca Sultanate .

Although the dynasty was started by good fortune , luck did not continue because it was a victim of the Aceh , Bugis, Portuguese , Dutch , Thai , and later the British . The Aceh has twice run Sultan with his family in Aceh , Sumatra.

Age Patronage British Residency

The discovery of tin layer richest in the world in 1824 attracted the inclusion of immigrants in a big way , especially Chinese Chinese . Associated with the complex rules of inheritance and a powerful aristocracy , social and political unrest experienced the inevitable . The intervention of the British in 1874 resulted in a solution that is at least showing tolerance , Sultan persuaded to abdicate by the payment of pensions to be crowned the rightful heir . A British resident arrived to advise the Sultan and the Indian military police team was founded . However , the new resident is not received popular and he was killed in 1877 . Unfortunately , the new Sultan was involved in this event and was exiled to the Seychelles . A regent took over and ten years later became the Sultan consented . He died less than a month after he became king .

Heir, Sultan Idris Shah Mursidul Aadzam , proved to be a wise one Malay . Perak prospered and developed under his reign . Financial conditions are controlled and the first steps to form a federal-state acquisition. Silver became one of the first states to form the Federated Malay States ( NNMB ) in 1897.

Perak income declined as rubber prices declined after World War I. Although the Sultan Idris died in 1916, his heirs proved wise in terms of views. Sultan Iskandar Shah has been with the Police NNMB and plays an important role in the founding of the Royal Malay Regiment in 1930 . Perak attacked and lost to the Japanese in the New Year Day 1942. Nevertheless, Sultan Abdul Aziz , was not a happy king was overthrown .

Silver State entered the Malayan Union in February 1, 1948 . It also took other states to form the Federation of Malaya on August 31, 1957 , and became one of the states of Malaysia on 16 September 1963.

Jawatan Kosong SPAN - Suruhanjaya Perkhidmatan Air Negara

Jawatan Kosong SPAN - The Suruhanjaya Perkhidmatan Air Negara (SPAN) or the National Water Services Commission is the national regulatory body for the water and sewerage industry for the Peninsular Malaysia and Wilayah Persekutuan Labuan. The Commission operates under a legislative framework defined in the Suruhanjaya Perkhidmatan Air Negara Act 2006 (Act 654) and the Water Services Industry Act 2006 (Act 655).

In a special sitting in January 2005, Parliament approved the amendments to the Ninth Schedule of the Federal Constitution to transfer matters related to WATER SUPPLIES AND SERVICES from the State List to the Concurrent List (except for Sabah and Sarawak). The amendments were gazetted on 10th February 2005 and the enforcement date was 21st March 2005.

With the amendments, the Federal Government will regulate the water services industry in terms of licensing and regulating water services operators. The State Government also retains the power to declare and regulate water resources, water catchment areas and river basins.

In mid 2006, the Malaysian Parliament approved two landmark legislations that transformed the way Malaysia manages its water services, i.e. the Suruhanjaya Perkhidmatan Air Negara Act (Act 654) or SPAN Act and the Water Services Industry Act (Act 655) or WSIA. The former outlines the roles, functions and scope of work to be undertaken by the National Water Services Commission or SPAN, while the latter has provisions to cover economic, technical and social regulations as well as protection of consumer interests.

• Minimum of three (3) years experience in executing large businessintegration and restructuring exercises, credit evaluation and / or financial analysis environment. Involved in any concession negotiation is an added advantage.
  
• Self motivated, analytical and resourceful with strong integrity and ability to work in a team.
  
• Meticulous, highly analytical and flair in numbers.
  
• Results oriented with good interpersonal and communication skills.
  
• Demonstrated proficiency with computer applications, including word processing, spreadsheet, and slide presentations required.
  
• Proficient in both spoken and written in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  

3. Executive,Internal Audit 

Requirements

• A degree in accounting, business administration or equivalent Professional qualification; Certified Internal Auditor will have an advantage.
  
• At least three (3) years of working experience in internal auditing is a must.
  
• Skills and knowledge in financial and operational audit is essential.
  
• Posses good analytical mind with reasonable report writing skills.
  
• Strong oral and written communication skills in both Bahasa Malaysia and English language.
  

4. Executive,Research And Development 

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Civil or Chemical Engineering.
  
• At least three (3) years working experience in carry out research, development and innovation methods.
  
• Knowledgable in water management is preferred.
  
• Open to new ideas and development methodologies.
  
• Demonstrated proficiency with computer applications including word processing, spreadsheet and slide presentations required.
